A fun tool to play with to spice up practice for students, make use of a beta tool that You Tube has introduced called Video Question Editor.

Once you have a You Tube account, you can access this tool by clicking the on the following link. You can then “Join” in on using the editor. However, be aware it is in beta form and therefore, might be discontinued at any time.
Once you are into your You Tube Account and you have added a video of your own you may start playing with putting multiple choice questions into your video. Find you way into the Video Manager and go to it. Below are screen captures of what you should be seeing. Notice the Video Questions Menu that is at the top right of the editor.
Enter the multiple choice question details you want in your video as shown on the right. Make sure you properly enter the time you want the videos to appear. You can even put a hint in the event the question is answered improperly, to assist students in a second guess.
Videos cannot be longer than 2 minutes when using this tool.
For an example of how it will look, here is a sample I made below. You can easily embed these videos as you would with any other video as I have done below.
