Welcome to Econ Rules

economics_rules_card-Welcome to my new IB Econ presence on the web. I am building an IB Econ home, so that you may access everything you could possibly want for reviewing, practicing and extending your learning in Economics and for excelling in your IB Econ Exams.

I built this site so that you can better understand the system that drives our world, for good or for bad.  Once we better understand our economic system, we can hopefully then help to approve upon it’s flaws, helping to build a more equitable society.  Knowledge is power, so be smart and bow down to it.

Feel free to contact me in the event you have any comments as to what you see here.  My address is jgangi@nist.ac.th

For teachers of Economics, please contact me in the event you would like to share materials, collaborate or organize learning across international classrooms.

For parents or economic enthusiasts who would like to share their experience in the field with our students, please contact me as there is nothing better than bringing economics to life.

Econ Rules! Let’s better understand the systems we have created so that we are more able to improve upon them.

    Measuring Success

    Posted on 10 Oct 2014
How we measure economic success has always been a point of contention. Real GDP per capita, Real GNP per capita, our country’s growth rate, etc. All of these measurements have issues as they do not factor in such things as disparity, sustainability and other important issues we are faced with.

    Have You Been Branded?
